SYZYGY Poland discovered the need to broaden its knowledge of modern methods and tools for business expansion and building brand recognition on the Polish and UK markets, modern tools and methods supporting the work of the marketing and sales team.
Our cooperation began with an analysis of the company's current situation and a discussion of its needs and plans.
After the analysis we moved on to present current opportunities in the form of tactics and tools, including building brand recognition by establishing ourselves as experts in the field of digital product manufacturing.
Then we discussed the possibilities of effective customer outreach provided by our experience together with the tools present on the market.
This allowed us to gain a good understanding of the client's ability to implement actions to achieve the desired goal.
The activities included education and inspiration sessions in the following areas: sales outbound, account-based sales, account-based marketing, developing an affiliate channel, email marketing, personal branding, social selling. Selection and customisation of a CRM class system.
As a result of the range of possibilities presented, the client decided to implement the following companies: account-based marketing, email marketing, social selling (via LinkedIn). After the first campaign, we conducted a joint analysis and drew conclusions, thanks to which we implemented improvements for the next iteration.
