Google Business Profile is a free platform that provides opportunity to display and present your business offering and advertise on Google Search Results Page and Google Maps.

It helps to reach a broader audience and even give your prospects opportunity to find you. In my career I have seen several cases when prospect customers during their service provider short list qualification reached out to a company as a direct competitor found on Google Maps or Google Business Profile. They reached out and requested for a meeting and asked for an offer. This is a proof that GBP works as additional communication and lead generating channel.
